重要提示

使用预防中药应由执业医师开具处方，不要自行判断、选择。老人、儿童应在医师的指导下减量服用；慢性病患者及妇女经期、产后慎用；孕妇禁用。中药预防处方不宜长期服用，一般服用3~5天。服用中药预防处方后感觉不适者，应立即停止服药，并及时向医师咨询；对中药预防处方的药物有过敏史者禁用；过敏体质者慎用。

预防甲型H1N1流感-猪流感的12味中药处方

方剂:桑叶12克、菊花12克、北杏仁10克、枇杷叶12克、葛根15克、生薏仁15克、芦根15克、桔梗12克、连翘12克、大青叶15克、银花12克、甘草6克,共12味中药。

用法:上述中药材洗干净,用水浸过药面,武火煮沸15分钟就可以服用。此为成人量,小孩可酌减,一般连续服用3—5天。

深圳新图书馆，位于莲花山脚市民中心西侧，福田中心区莲花山正门，红荔路与益田路路口处，与市儿童医院相对。

最近溜达到市民中心办事，看到市图书馆，索性就办了一张阅读卡，挺方便，二代身份证机读后，再給它一百大洋，就给你一个，呵呵。各种阅读区挺好，环境挺美^_^，检索图书也不像俺小时候那样 一个个卡片盒。甚至还有短信通知各种事项，省的你超时借书，网站也可以办理续借。整体来说，符合深圳特区的某些门面要求。可惜的是藏书少的可怜，感觉还没有一个地级市或者大学的多。也许这就是现在的风气，金玉其外吧^_^
